[Nate is very cautiously crawling toward Rose on the apartment rooftop as she grins at him.]
Nate: Yep, this is dangerous as fuck. surprised they don't keep that ladder retracted.
Rose: They do! But I grew up in these apartments. They can't keep me out of anything.
Nate (sarcastic, looking away): Disregarding safety regulations is very cool and transgressive.

Rose: It's worth it for the view, though, right?

Nate (looking down at the horizon, smiling and slightly blushing): Sure.
